What I actually do, in plain terms.

Most product coaching pitches sound like a brochure. This is the version I'd tell you over coffee. Five areas I work in, what changes when we do, and the shape of the program if you want to dig deeper.

01

Build a strategy your teams believe in

Most teams don't lack ideas. They lack focus. When the strategy is vague, the roadmap becomes a dumping ground for whoever shouted last week.

I help you build a clear, shared product strategy, usually anchored in OKRs. Not a wish list. Not a project plan in disguise. A short, sharp statement of what you're focusing on, in what order, and how you'll know it's working.

By the end, your team can finish the sentence "we're working on X because Y" without flinching.

02

Make discovery part of the job, not a side project

If discovery only happens when there's time, it never happens. And you can't build great products in a meeting room.

I work with your teams to make discovery a habit. Customer conversations every week. Assumptions tested before code gets written. Real evidence before something gets prioritised.

This is not "user research". This is your PMs, designers, and engineers learning together, fast, before they commit to building the wrong thing.

03

Ship outcomes, not features

Too many teams work hard to deliver something. It launches. Adoption is low. Feedback is mixed. Everyone moves on without knowing if it worked.

I shift the conversation from delivery to outcomes. Define what success looks like up front. Measure leading indicators, not vanity metrics. Stay accountable to results, not ticket counts.

When this clicks, the team stops arguing about scope and starts arguing about what the customer actually needs.

04

Turn your PMs into real product leaders

It's easy for a PM to get stuck running meetings and grooming the backlog. That's not the job.

Product needs to set direction, lead with insight, and work shoulder to shoulder with engineering and design. I coach PMs to step into that role. How to influence without authority. How to make a real trade-off. How to push back on a bad idea without burning the room.

The test: can your PM stand in front of execs, defend a "no", and have the team thank them for it?

05

Make releases boring again

Releases shouldn't feel like a mini-crisis. When work piles up, testing gets rushed and launches get stressful. No one trusts the process.

I help teams ship smaller, more often, with confidence. Feature flags. Tighter loops between dev and release. Clear separation of deployment, release, and launch.

The win is when your next release is a non-event. That's when you know quality is real.

ScaleUp Product Model Program

If you want depth, this is the program.

You're not buying a course. You're getting a partner to help you change how product works across the company. Here's what's inside.

Fortnightly coaching with real product leaders

Regular one-on-one or small group sessions with coaches who have actually led product, not just consulted on it. Plus on-demand support when something comes up between sessions. Tough exec meeting tomorrow? Team stuck on a tradeoff? You can reach out.

On-demand product training and live monthly sessions

Concise, practical training built around modern product principles, not legacy project thinking. Short videos your team can watch on their own time. Plus a live monthly session to go deeper, take questions, and keep momentum.

A clear path to empowered product teams

No copy-paste frameworks. We work with you to build a tailored transformation plan, moving from feature factory to empowered teams. You'll know what to change, when to change it, and how to bring people along.

Unlimited templates and guides

Discovery interview scripts. Strategy docs that actually fit on a page. OKR examples that aren't just dressed-up roadmaps. Use what works, change what you need.

A real community of product leaders

A private network of heads of product, founders, and senior PMs. Sense-check decisions. Share playbooks. Trade war stories with people who have been there.

Proof, not promises
